In the early stage of the industry when national and industrial standards were vacant, Happy Island took the lead in drafting and implementing the Enterprise Product Standard for Combined Children Slides, which was officially approved as the local enterprise standard for combined children slides by Guangzhou Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision. Our outdoor fitness equipment and safety rubber mats were among the first to comply with the national standard General Safety Requirements for Outdoor Fitness Equipment (GB19272-2003) and obtained the NSCC certification issued by China Sports Goods Quality Certification Center.
Development History of Happy Island
● In the early 1980s, the founders began sales and small-scale production of amusement toys.
● In 1993, Golden Childhood Toys Co., Ltd. was established.
● From 1995 to 1999, branch companies were successively set up in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Chengdu, Xi’an and other cities.
● In 2002, the company achieved breakthrough sales performance in Southeast Asia, Russia and other overseas markets.
● In 2003, we established cooperation with American Happy Island brand. Meanwhile, the trademark "Happy Island" was registered in Hong Kong, marking the start of group operation.
● In 2004, we introduced the first rotational molding production line in the industry and won the title of Leading Brand of China Industry.
● In 2004, obtained Germany GS certification.
● In 2004, awarded the title of National Demonstration Unit with Double Guarantees of Quality and Reputation.
● In 2005, obtained SASO certification for Saudi Arabia market.
● In 2005, rated as AA+ China Quality Credit Enterprise.
● In 2006, awarded Famous High-quality Products of China.

● In 2011, obtained EU EN1176 and CE certification; our fitness equipment and amusement toys were recognized as High-quality Products of Guangdong Province.
● In 2012, passed ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System and OHSAS18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System certifications.
● In August 2013, awarded AAA Credit Rating of Guangdong Small & Medium Enterprises; in November 2013, became a member of China Educational Equipment Industry Association (Member No.:44012639).
● In June 2014, joined China Toy & Juvenile Products Association (Member No.:T6141219); in July joined China Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions; in December joined Guangdong Furniture Association (Member No.:10082).
